These Terms of Service govern the use of the Executive Communication Services website and the Market Research Lab application operated by Executive Communication Services (ECS).
2. Market Research Lab
Market Research Lab provides research and decision-support tools designed to assist with the investigation of markets, business ideas, customer demand, competition and commercial opportunities.
3. Research information
Research outputs may be based on information obtained from third-party APIs, authorised data services and publicly available sources.
Market conditions and third-party information can change. Accordingly, ECS does not guarantee that every research result will always be complete, current or error-free.
4. Google services
Where Market Research Lab uses Google services or the Google Ads API, access and use of those services are also subject to the applicable Google terms, policies and API requirements.
5. Business decisions
Information produced by Market Research Lab is intended for research and decision-support purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of sales, profitability, market demand or business success.
Users remain responsible for evaluating research results and performing appropriate financial, legal and commercial due diligence before making business decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not use the application to obtain data unlawfully, interfere with third-party services, bypass technical restrictions or use information in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Market Research Lab application, its original software, interface, research workflow and ECS-created content remain the intellectual property of Executive Communication Services unless otherwise stated.
8. Third-party services
Market Research Lab may depend on third-party platforms and APIs. Availability of those services is outside the direct control of Executive Communication Services.

These terms may be updated as Market Research Lab develops or as applicable third-party service requirements change.
